Buck McInnis is the heart and soul of Tampa Bay Steel. He sets the standards and leads by example. He’s one of the most approachable leaders you’ll ever meet. Buck founded Tampa Bay Steel in 1980.
President
Mark Stewart is an energetic, hands-on leader who knows how to get any job done for a customer. He has been with Tampa Bay Steel since 1989 and his fabrication background is a terrific asset in developing value-added solutions.
Inside Sales Manager
Brenda Arnold has been with Tampa Bay Steel since 1984 and has extensive sales experience. She oversees the inside sales department, with her extensive knowledge of TBSC’s products and services providing a foundation for the level of quality she produces.
Sales Manager
Bobby Burke brings an outstanding balance of skills that customers appreciate. His thorough understanding of steel fabrication, project management and metals product knowledge – comes from years in the metals business. He’s an insightful listener, learning exactly what customers need and want. He has been with Tampa Bay Steel since 1994.
Operations Manager
Thomas Hampton has been with Tampa Bay Steel since 1996 and has extensive experience managing people and projects. He has built a reputation based upon his detail-oriented and thorough practices. His work experience with TBSC includes Warehousing, Safety, Logistics, and Production.
Human Resources Director
Sarah Odom has a proven track record of bringing the most talented and experienced people to Tampa Bay Steel. She is the company’s employee relations and benefits guru. Implementing numerous employee incentive programs has been instrumental in Tampa Bay Steel’s success. She has been with Tampa Bay Steel since 2000.
Chief Financial Officer
John Pifer joined the TBSC team in 2012. He is a successful senior executive with his core competencies grounded in leadership, accounting, and finance. John began his career in public accounting, then transitioned into the private sector and has held key leadership positions in various global manufacturing companies. John holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ball State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Purchasing Director
Cordreanne Heinzen has been with Tampa Bay Steel since 1994. She’s known for being dependable and thorough, and handling details well. Cordreanne makes sure customers get the best possible combination of quality, availability, and price.
