Welcome Letter

Thank you for visiting the Tampa Bay Steel Ministry page. Our goal is to impact people’s lives now and for eternity. One way we accomplish this is by investing in our team and community through prayer and support.

• We establish and facilitate a number of fundraisers throughout the year, for causes that are near and dear to our hearts.
• We encourage volunteering in the community by offering our employees 8 hours of volunteer time to use as PTO when they find an opportunity to give back, and we even sponsor group volunteer events at ministries like Metropolitan Ministries and Habitat for Humanity.
• We offer a number of grants for ministries throughout the Tampa Bay Area, including P.E.T.S., A Woman’s Place, and more!
• We are proud to say that we host bi-weekly bible studies for our first and second shift employees; providing lunch and interactive lessons.
• Our goal is to spread God’s Word, by living it each and every day and offering ourselves as examples of HIS way.
• We send out quarterly devotions to all of our employees, customers and vendors, in the hope that we can share God’s love with everyone we meet.
• We use daily inspirational scripture to enlighten and inspire our team members, and we do our best to run TBSC in line with biblical values and treating others as we wish to be treated. All of our invoices have scripture captured on them as well.

Ministry is an important part of the lives of many who work at Tampa Bay Steel and we appreciate the time devoted by our employees. TBSC Bible Study

TBSC hosts bi-monthly bible study meetings; these hour long sessions are taught by a rotating schedule of our Ministry Executive members and our onsite chaplain – Peyton Johnson! With catered lunch, group discussion and interactive videos – our team members look forward to our sessions and apply our lessons to every day work/personal life! Our participants consist of first & second shift employees, in-office employees, and even our work from home teammates are zoom attendees!
